Step5- After entering the OTP, fill the captcha, and click the submit button.

Step6- Complete the form shown on the subsequent page. It is separated into 4 sections. Make sure to preview the form before its submission.

Step 7- The page with incident details will then be displayed to you. Mention the specifics of the crime and any supporting evidence. Choose "Save and Next".

Step 8 - Fill out the information on the following page if you know anything about the alleged suspect.

Step 9 - Click the submit button once all the fields have been filled in.
